These plans, as will any of our kits, can be custom designed for your specific needs. Minor changes are no charge. Kits include all that you see in the pics, including walls, deck and decking, railing, windows, doors, loft, log stairsets, posts, interior bearing walls, roof, etc. Everything except concrete, shingles/metal for roof, interior partition walls, cabinets, electrical, plumbing, etc. Please email us for a complete materials list and prices. Depending upon the size of the logs and other options, kit is around 63k as shown. Lumber prices are rapidly rising, and prices are for a limited time only. Shipping lead time on log home package is about 5 weeks this time of year. These are the best hand peeled, dry logs in the world. And nobody beats our prices.
